By accessing or using Oshaani AI Agents platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Oshaani provides an AI agents platform that allows users to:

  • Create and configure custom AI agents
  • Train agents with custom data
  • Chat with AI agents
  • Share agents publicly or privately
  • Access agents via API

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Credits and Payments

  • New users receive 200 free credits upon registration
  • Credits are used for AI agent interactions and API calls
  • Credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Spread malware or engage in hacking
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (agents, training data, conversations)
  • Our Service: We retain ownership of the platform, software, and AI models
  • License: You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs
  • Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial advice

8. API Usage

  • API access is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies
  • API keys must be kept confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity under your API keys
  • We may suspend access for abuse or excessive usage

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
